If something on a listing is wrong, email quotes@plumbinginformationsite.com. Please include:

• the link to the listing, or the company's USDOT number if it has one
• what's wrong
• what it should say, and how you know

What we can fix here

We can correct how a listing appears on this site. That includes a wrong name, a duplicate listing, or a business that doesn't do plumbing, heating or cooling work. Owners who want to update their own details can also claim their listing.

Changes to the federal record

Phone numbers, addresses, fleet size and registration status come from the company's USDOT registration. If those are wrong at the source, the company can update them with FMCSA by filing an MCS-150 update. The change will reach this site the next time we import the registry, and we can correct the listing sooner if you tell us.

License entries

A license entry shows what the state's list said on the day we read it. If the list itself is wrong, the agency that keeps it is the place to fix it. If we matched the wrong business to an entry, tell us and we'll take it off.
